If you need to return your item this is were you'll find out how. The returns form within your parcel explains the return process but if you need more information look no further. If you need to return your item it has to be unopened and can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of purchase. 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.




All returns must be postmarked within 28 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Items MUST be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals in tact.

If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within 28 days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.

If your order has qualified for a free gift, the gift must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.


Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.

We regret that we cannot reimburse postage costs, for items returned from outside the UK

We will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method. If your card has expired in the mean time you need to contact us via email info@off-duty-beauty.com.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
